Adam Perlmutter, originally from St. Louis, found his way to D.C. by way of Syracuse, NY. After four frozen years at Syracuse University, he received his BFA in Design/Technical Theater. This training helps Adam look at web sites from a design perspective as well as a technical one.
After working a while in theater, Adam decided to embrace his inner geek and to start learning coding. A few internships later he landed a job with a marketing software and services company that specializes in the restaurant industry. While there Adam sliced and coded creative materials for web and email. He also worked with databases, finessed his SQL skills, and learned how to tame the various web browsers when quirks arise. Since 2010 Adam has been working for a full service advocacy organization honing his front end and back end development skills.
